Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products our refund policy is strictly limited. Refunds will be granted within 14 days of purchase and only if the items have not been accessed or downloaded. Once a item has been accessed or downloaded no refund will be offered.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon access or download and contact us immediately if the item is defective, corrupt or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right 💛

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All ELEMNT.STORE Products (defined as — audio and/or visual samples & assets, presets & plug-ins) can be used for commercial or non-commercial music, audio & visuals productions without the prior permission from ELEMNT.STORE.

By usage of ELEMNT.STORE Products you agree not to distribute, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the product, use of the product, or access to the product.

The use of ELEMNT.STORE Products for the creation of a sample pack or sound library for any kind of virtual instrument, sample library, synthesizer, sample-based product or musical instrument is strictly prohibited. Additionally, individual samples, sample packs, audio or visual assets may not be repackaged whole or in part as samples or asset libraries.
